Innovation runs in our veins.

Praveen Manten,
Senior Coach,
Curriculum Design

Praveen is a seasoned executive coach with more than 15 years of experience helping CEOs make impactful decisions. His career in leadership development began in the early days of the internet, where he co-founded several tech companies. Most recently, he sold a thriving business in the healthcare sector. Since then, Praveen has shifted his focus entirely to coaching and mentoring, becoming a trusted advisor to leaders across industries. He has coached over 500 executives in helping them gain clarity, align on their strategy, and break free from old patterns to unlock their full potential as leaders.

Keith Martin-Smith,
Founder & Principal

Keith helps leaders see what others can’t, and act on what matters. He works with founders, CEOs, and executives to dismantle false narratives, rewire limiting patterns, and build cultures rooted in clarity, courage, and insight.

His work blends narrative strategy, systems thinking, and deep transformational insight. As an ordained Zen priest and lineage holder in Northern Shaolin Kung Fu and Qi Gong, Keith brings a level of presence and embodied intelligence rare in executive advising. He’s not limited by a coaching model, but instead is a pattern interrupter, a guide who sees the deeper story and helps leaders respond to life rather than react to it.

He draws from Integral Theory, adult developmental models, somatic integration, polarity training, and real-world execution. Keith has worked directly with several founders of major developmental models of human growth, and brings that depth to every client engagement. His work spans tech, finance, wellness, design, and beyond—with clients who want real clarity, not just polish.

A lifelong martial artist, Keith sparred in national tournaments when younger and has cross-trained in disciplines from Muay Thai to boxing. He’s the author of five books, a recipient of multiple national awards, and a former UX strategist who’s helped shape messaging and identity for both Fortune 100s and founder-led startups.

His clients don’t seek comfort. They seek change. Keith shows up as a true partner: precise, present, and unafraid to name what needs naming.

He works where most people turn away—inside the stillness, the fear, the shadow, and the unquestioned instincts that worked until now—and helps leaders choose who they’re going to be next.
